With INDUSTRIAL ATHLETE, scalefit offers a unique method: all three types of workload that occur in physically demanding tasks are recorded in real-time, directly at the workplace – including awkward postures, repetitions and forces affecting the body during the work process.
Developed by biomechanics and software engineers, INDUSTRIAL ATHLETE is the basis of all scalefit services. The system combines state-of-the-art inertial sensors with biomechanical models, virtual load weights and exoskeletons.

Load parameter
The selection, position and size of the parameter boxes is variable and can be adapted to the respective work and load-specific requirements. Up to four individual configurations can be saved as a template. The parameters are evaluated according to the traffic light scheme on the basis of the currently valid DGUV guidelines (DGUV Information 208-033).
